Following on from 2017’s Grenfell Tower fire, a research briefing has been made in preparation for a debate regarding who is responsible for paying the cost of fire safety work. With all ACM cladding aimed to be removed by the end of 2021, the issue of who should paying for such work is becoming relevant.
