With Disability Confident employers reaching a total of 20,000 in the UK, the Government is set to add 315 more Disability Employment Advisors across the country. Whilst these jobs are planned to be filled internally at first to ensure the new advisors already have experience, the hope is that the extra personnel will also see an increase in how many disabled people are in employment and taking advantage of reasonable adjustments.
