First started in 2010, the Family Resource Survey is an annual report that collects information on the living standards of families who reside in privately owned households. Conducted by the DWP, the survey uses a representative sample to create a set of results as accurate as possible. The survey itself covers details such as income, the presence of any disabled persons, and the household’s savings and investments.
