As part of Touchbase, a government newsletter designed to gather related announcements and make them easily available to the public in a clear manner, DWP has announced they will no longer be able to provide payments via the Post Office card account system. Those who were receiving payments should have either already been sent a letter regarding this, or be provided a letter in due course. In the case that recipients are unable to claim in any other form, a payment exception services is available.
