If you are homeless or about to become homeless, Torbay Council and other local organisations can help you find accommodation.
Torbay Council Housing Office is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
If you become homeless or at risk of violence when they’re closed, they operate an out of hour’s service. This service is for emergencies only and is not able to give general advice.

The Torbay End Street Homelessness Campaign is a partnership of local groups that have come together to stop homelessness.
If you are worried about someone who is rough sleeping, all 01803 217890 to pass on your concerns so that person can receive help. The line is available 24 hours a day and will be passed onto the outreach team.
