What’s the Clear Benefits scheme?
Clear Benefits is a free, impartial and confidential advice service run by us, the Torbay Advice Network. It provides support for Torbay residents covering benefits and general welfare advice.
We started the ‘Clear Benefits Torbay’ project in 2016 by ensuring that a part-time welfare worker and our manager were available to the public.
Over the last few years, they have supported over 400 people and helped clients secure and save over £500,000 and vastly improve their personal wellbeing.
