With the Government having committed to scrapping Section 21 (the ability for landlords to evict without reason), Generation Rent has published a 15-page report on what they hope will replace it. A major cause for homelessness, a Section 21 was sent to almost 700k people last year and its removal follows on from a Government commitment to reforming renting.
